La fromagerie d'Albion welcomes you to discover its fabulous goat cheeses, including the Banon cheese, a renowned cheese with AOC classification. The Banon cheese is exclusively produced from raw milk and ripened in brown chestnut leaves, bound together by a string of raffia. You will also find there fresh or creamy goat cheeses, with or without provençal herbs.
New in 2021: the arrival of a garden of aromatic and medicinal plants in organic farming. Come and discover or rediscover: jams, herbal teas, spreads, syrups and other small delicacies from the garden or from wild harvests, as well as extra-fresh eggs!

From March 2021, the cheese dairy welcomes a new team.

It continues the artisanal production of Banon cheese (awarded several gold medals in various competitions), traditional and lactic tomette (natural, with herbs of Provence, spices) as well as other goat cheese specialities made from raw milk.
