Come and discover the history and the making of one of the most famous and oldest candy in France. Its production goes back some 200 years in Carpentras. Free visit and tasting !
You will attend the real making of the candy in our workshop. You will see the cooking of the sugar in our traditional copper pan, the work of the melting sugar on the cold table. And also, how we make the pulled sugar that we use for the white stripes which are one the charasteristics of the Berlingot de Carpentras. At the end of the visit, you will have a tasting of the candy, still hot ! A tasty experience !
