The restaurant is a former military establishment that served as a base for launching nuclear missiles. Today, it has been renovated into a Provençal farmhouse, with respect for the environment.
The new owners, Penelope and Lorenzo, offer refined bistronomic cuisine with the flavour of Provence and Italy. At the Bistrot de Lagarde, we pay particular attention to the choice of our suppliers to guarantee a unique taste and experience.

The chef Lorenzo Ferro and his team promise you a culinary journey where everything is homemade and with love.
