Traditional confectionery and traditional artisanal manufacture of berlingot lozenges, nougat, sweets, chocolates, candied fruits, calissons, fruit jellies and many other treats besides.

A Confiserie, or candy-maker, founded in 1946. Here, three generations of makers of delicate sweets have worked continuously. The shop makes the famous "Berlingot de Carpentras", one of the oldest sweets in France, among many other specialties. Come discover the history and the production secrets. Free visit of the production workshops.
