Located on the Albion plateau at an altitude of 1100 m and enjoying a 360° panorama, the SIRENE astronomical observatory welcomes all types of public for observation and discovery of the sky.

Set up on a former nuclear missile launch zone and enjoying the quality of the Albion plateau sky, free of light pollution, you will experience your celestial exploration day and night in a most exotic setting.

The Sirene observatory is managed by a non-profit association under the law of 1901. Its voluntary and passionate members are waiting for you there every day of the year, by reservation only.

The Sirene Astronomical Observatory is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The 635 mm telescope, installed under a fitted dome, allows the visual observation of the night sky by all.
