Claire and Richard are open-air pig farmers and offer their pork production (delicatessen, cured meats) and their chestnut products (chestnut cream, chestnuts) for direct sale. Possibility to visit the farm, by reservation.

Animal welfare is at the heart of our concerns. Our animals live in the open air all year round, benefiting from cabins, water troughs, grassland and undergrowth. On a daily basis, we ensure that they are well fed with GMO-free complete feed, healthy and unstressed. This method of rearing guarantees quality meat that's tender and melt-in-the-mouth, marbled, tasty and generous.

Around 30 chestnut trees dating back to the French Revolution, spread over two chestnut groves, enable us to collect between 500 kg and 800 kg of chestnuts each year, to produce crèmes de marrons and châtaignes au naturel (organic chestnut creams). The surplus is fed to the pigs, who love them!

From June 1 to September 30: free tours of the farm, the piglets and the chestnut groves on Wednesdays at 4pm (booking required).

We are also present at the Sault market on Wednesday mornings.
