Master candymaker Michael carefully selects his raw materials from local growers, including Strawberries and Apricots from Provence, Melon from Cavaillon, Chestnuts from Ardèche, which give his candies the true taste of fruit.

The many different things he makes - such as lollipops, fruit pastes and other gourmandises - requires expert technical prowess and special savoir-faire that takes you all the way back to childhood memories.
