Oil mill le Trésor des Oliviers / Domaine Pied Faucon

Our olive oil mill is called 'Le Trésor des Oliviers'. The mill and the adjoining shop are in the small Provençal village called Mazan, which is near Mont Ventoux. The 25 hectares of our estate hold olive groves, vineyards and almond trees. Over 9000 olive trees thrive in the warm sunshine and Mistral wind.

We are artisan olive oil makers, and we are careful to respect several generations of agricultural savoir-faire.

We have also been tending our vines and making wine for 5 generations. On our main estate, 'Domaine Pied Faucon', we produce several different red wines in the 'Ventoux' appellation. Slightly further north, in the town of Beaumes de Venise, we produce a Beaumes de Venise cru and a natural sweet wine Beaumes de Venise Muscat).

In 2021, we undertook a new horizon with the planting of 3200 almond trees.

You will very soon be finding our almonds in the shop.

We are very commited to environmental protection and our mill uses modern energy-efficient equipment that produces high-quality 'extra-virgin' olive oil with low environmental impact. We also completely recycle all by-products and waste.

Our estate has been awarded the HVE ranking (High Environmental Value) since 2020.

All year long, our shop offers artisanal products that reflect our Provençal way of life and way of doing things. You will find all the estate products: olive oils, AOC wines and grape juice, and also cosmetics, handmade soaps, perfume, decoration, artisan-made wrought iron work, honey, spreadables and vinegar.

Both professional growers and individuals can bring their olives to our mill, from November to December. Please contact us at 04.90.69.82.02 to make an appointment.
